How to find us

City of Coventry NHS Walk-in and Healthcare Centre is located at Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry CV1 4FS.


By car

The closest public car park is located outside the centre and operates a ‘pay and display’ scheme. Follow the signs to the city centre and join the Coventry ringroad. Exit the ringroad at Junction 2 onto Bird Street. Stay in the right hand lane and take the first right turn into the car park on Stoney Stanton Road.


By bus

Bus numbers 4, 13, 13c, 21, 21c, 36 and 36c will stop outside the City College. It is then a five minute walk.
All other bus routes will terminate in Pool Meadow Bus Station, Trinity Street or Hales Street, all of which are approximately five minutes walk to the centre.


By train

When you arrive at Coventry Railway Station take the number 27 bus (whose stop is directly outside the station entrance) to Pool Meadow Bus Station which is a five minute walk to the centre.

How to get a repeat prescription

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can order your repeat prescription by completing the 'Repeat Prescription' form which is available from our website or by collecting a form from recepiton. You can then return it in the folloing ways:
        -In person - please hand in to the reception desk
        -By post - Coventry NHS Healthcare and Walk-in Centre, Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry, CV1 4FH
        -By fax - 02476 228 663
Please note: we cannot accept telephone requests
Please allow two days for us to process your request.
You must allow an extra day if you want your prescription to be forwarded direct to a pharmacy ready for collection.
If you require any other medication that is NOT on your repeat medication list then you will need to discuss this with a GP first. The easiest way to do this is by arranging a telephone consultation.
