We are looking forward to a continued positive and healthy relationship with our registered patients throughout 2015. In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of care you receive from the practice, we would really appreciate you getting in contact with us in preference to leaving anonymous messages on the NHS Choices website. Every patient is treated as an individual and it is therefore extremely difficult to respond to comments left and issues raised without us having the relevant information. We will always investigate and respond to concerns you raise directly.

We also welcome positive comments and complements; they help us get through some spectacularly busy days!


The team at Chesterfield Medical Partnership work together to achieve the best we can for our patients with the budgets and resources available to us. If you don’t tell us what went wrong for you then we are unaware and don’t implement what could be an easy change to put things right.
