What I liked:: I was concerned about my 90 year old aunt who has been in the hospital at least a week, I rang the hospital at 18.30 today on 01837 658000 to enquire about her condition as she thought that she might have moved to Exeter hospital. The phone number is not active at that time even though it was in visiting hours.
What could be improved:: A phone number which can be rung after the administration staff have gone home should be available in the BT telephone directory.
