What I liked:: the staff are very caring throughout the daytime, and very kind, they are there to please the patients and not the other way around.
What could be improved:: the units are separated into male and female but every day the men come over the ladies side and use their facilities.the ladies feel scared and intimidated by the men and they shouldnt be allowed over their side
Anything else?: the night staff are only there to sit eating their takeaways and will not tollerate the patients getting out of bed and "troubling" them. the patients have as much right as anyone else to get out of bed and fetch drinks, have a smoke out the garden etc!
