What could be improved:: Cleanliness. 1st Floor Out Patients Dept.
The floor under the chairs in out patients had not been cleaned for some time. Dust and other particles had accumulated over a period of time. Patients were being brought through the busy department on beds regularly. This must be unhygienic and undignified. I hope to see some improvement before my next visit.
