Anonymous was a patient at West Berkshire Community Hospital in Sep-2009

What I liked:: the hospital was run very efficiently, I was seen within 5 mins of appoitment, so no sitting around waiting for hours on end, staff was very friendly and polite, hospital very clean, and a parking space was on hand without touring the car park to find one.
Anything else?: The only dissapoining thing, not being able to have my follow up appointment here, instead i waited 4 hours at the RBH.
