What I liked:: Good, modern, local, clean hospital - friendly staff. Didn't feel just like an NHS "number"
What could be improved:: I was having day surgery so it would have been useful to know my number in the list at the outset.

Did receive a copy of my discharge notes, just my doctors copy.
Anything else?: Good level of care provided. Much easier than travel to Reading / Swindon / Oxford.
