Local authorities are rated according to how the values for the vaccination indicators compare. Comparisons are with the national goal for this indicator. Green denotes values that are better than the national goal. This composite indicator denotes how many of the vaccination indicators this area is rated green on – for example if an area was “green” for MMR vaccination at 2 years but not any other indicator it would be rated as “1 out of 14”.
