Like many of the commentators here, I am disturbed by the anodyne and bland commentary you offer on homeopathy. Given your stated purpose of being a trusted and authoritative voice on matters medical, ignoring the wealth of trial data that show homeopathy to be -at best- no better than placebo is an abrogation of your responsibilities. It is difficult not to conclude that the recent Press commentary stories alleging undue influence by vested interests are correct. NHS treatments spend taxpayers money. Only those treatments with a strong evidence base should be used. Spending NHS money on homeopathy is wrong.
