I have now had what appears to be Novovirus for 4 weeks. It began with severe stomach cramps followed suddenly by diarrhoea. Subsequent to this, in the 2nd and 3rd week, I developed tiredness, aching limbs and a dull head with pain in the stomach. On the 4th week I have now have a chesty cough added into the mix. I'm very concerned as to why I still have symptoms at this stage but I am just putting down to the fact that I have type 1 Diabetes (which is very well controlled).
