It is so easy to be negative. My local practice has the best of both worlds. Between 800am and 1000am patients can turn up wait to see the doctor or can book appointments in the afternoon and evenings. All normal clinics in addition and a wonderful staff of nurses, pharmacists and receptionists. Why can't all practices be like this. I really feel that the doctors consider the needs of their patients rather than their own convenience.
