I too applied via the first google site, the Belgian one. I paid £19.99 for the express service. I was sent an e-mail asking for more information as there was a query that one of the applicants still had a vaid card. My card had expired in 2011. I provided the card number as requested, another £19.99, and I was informed my card was still valid. I had to phone the 'real' NHS site to clarify and get a replacement card sent out. I presumed(stupidly) that the follow on information I provided would be all part of the origional application! No, it was treated as a second application with a second fee! Beware do not use this site! I unfortunately did not read all the terms and conditions in advance, they are only a checking service nothing else.
