I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 1997, I have been on medication ever since. My business closed in 2008 and had free prescriptions as I was on a low income. I now have a better job and only just over the threshold for free prescriptions, I now have to pay £7.65 every month for my medication that I need to take for the rest of my life. Do you think people with long term conditions should be entitled to free prescriptions?
