I agree that it is important that the government (free) site for EHIC applications comes up first. It is so easy not to realise that there is no need to pay the fee demanded by the other sites. Surely something can be done about this. Not everyone listens to Moneybox, etc. And it is so often those who can least afford to lose the money who end up fooled by these sites.
