As far as I know, they are not. I pay for NHS treatment and also need dentures. My dentist told me I had 2 options: acryllic which are considerably cheaper or if I wanted to pay private prices I could have the type of dentures you are asking about. If I remember what he said correctly he quoted a price of approx £350 each. I would talk to your dentist. He/She will be able to tell you for certain.
