@pauliepops if your blood glucose before meals is between 4 and 7 you do fine. In the morning before breakfast it preferably should be between 5 and 6. This is a good guideline and by the looks of your average you do fine. This is what I have been told when i first was diagnosed with diabetes in 1995. Hopefully it will help you a bit more.
