I wet the bed until 9 yrs of age. I remember dreaming I had walked to the bathroom and used the toilet. My brain gave me the right initial signal that urination was needed, but didn't apparently send the signal to wake. I incorporated the need into a dream. The resulting wet bed woke me, and my reaction was extreme dismay, because my mother would be displeased and make me sleep on the floor. Has dreaming the act been reported?
