@princess83...they do sound like symptoms ive had described to me as being typical sciatica. I had my ortho appointment yesterday and been referred for a scan within 6 weeks. The chap i saw was very nice and thorough. I don't have 'typical' symptoms so he is wondering if it could be more than 1 thing causing my problems. As glad as i was to finally get the appointment, i suffered yesterday from being examined and today some of the buzzing is back on my thigh....another symptom i felt silly describing! I would go back to your gp and ask for a referral. I wish i had pushed for a referral sooner, i could have been treated by now.
