Not drinking and drinking sensibly is the way to go. I was a heavy drinker but decided to change at the start of September. I now just drink one glass of wine per night at home and sometimes don't drink at all. I tend to drink a bit more when I go out but since the start of september I've cut down a lot. No hangovers and not feeling down the next day are huge benefits. I love waking up fresh on a Saturday and Sunday morning now. Interested in cutting down, here's how I did it http://themoderatedrinker.blogspot.com/2011/10/how-to-be-moderate-drinker.html
