I had a sigmoidoscopy yesterday, not painful, and am to be referred for a colonoscopy.Consultant said he did not think it was cancer but there were significant changes to warrant further investigation. I am an optimist so am concerned but not too worried.Symptoms are the same, still have constant discomfort in my stomach and abdomen, but not what I would call pain.I do not eat large meals and don't snack......have not lost any weight!!
