HIV: Clint's story

Clint was diagnosed with HIV when he was 17. The infection progressed to AIDS within six months, which is unusually rapid. In this video, filmed in 2008, he talks about getting the diagnosis and living with AIDS. Clint died on April 4 2010, aged 31.

This is the outreach that is so needed to ensure the message reaches young people, we don't need cartoon characters or figures they do not work, neither actors, real people with their true story like Clint. I'm unsure though if a NHS website will reach the target group, it needs a well produced visual pack with a DVD of the video to be freely available in school, youth centres etc. Clint's story needs to be told, it will also make a book that will deliver the message clearly! - J
