To be successful, Change4Life faces the challenge of getting families to change their lifestyles. We work with national partners, including commercial brands, government departments and NGOs, to reach far more people than we could alone. Many of these brands can talk to our audience in ways that we can’t - and we can use this to help influence people’s behaviour.

Family Health Magazine

Family Health Magazine will support Change4Life by promoting the core themes of the Change4Life movement in its editorial content throughout its 2012 special Olympic and Paralympic games issue.

Family Health Magazine will be inspiring families to be more active and to eat healthily, by offering easy-to-do, everyday tips on moving more and eating healthily. Family Health Magazine encourages families to be inspired by our national Olympic and Paralympic heroes and to get fit and to get set for the Olympic games!

Family Health Magazine will focus on the health of the nation and has asked its contributors to provide accessible advice and guidance to inspire and motivate families across the country to follow  healthier and more active lifestyles.

Family Health Magazine has teamed up with Change4Life to help busy mums follow the key principles of: eat well, move more, live longer. It offers simple swaps from bad to good habits, such as advice on tasty nutritional snack swaps and healthy lunchbox ideas for the whole family.

The magazine will be available free of charge to families visiting their local authority sports centre, swimming pool or leisure centre during the first week in January 2012 to capture the healthy new year's resolutions window.
