To be successful, Change4Life faces the challenge of getting families to change their lifestyles. We work with national partners, including commercial brands, government departments and NGOs, to reach far more people than we could alone. Many of these brands can talk to our audience in ways that we can’t - and we can use this to help influence people’s behaviour.

Association of Play Industries (API)

The Association of Play Industries (API) is initially supporting Change4Life by working in partnership with the Play Providers Association to deliver the Play4Life Schools Challenge, including funding the website.

This initiative, which launched in September 2010, offers primary schools the chance to visit one of over 100 play centres across the country and take part in a free 'exercise in disguise' session.

The API believes that active children grow up to be fitter and healthier adults, and therefore play is an essential part of a healthy childhood.

The API is committed to helping its members and customers promote the benefits of physical activity through play and looks forward to supporting future Change4Life initiatives.
