Alcohol

The Drinkaware Trust

Alcoholics Anonymous

A voluntary fellowship of men and women who help each other achieve and maintain sobriety by sharing experiences and giving mutual support. Regular weekly meetings are held in all parts of Britain.

SmallSteps4Life

SmallSteps4Life is an interactive website designed to inspire and support primary and secondary school pupils to take their own small steps to improve their health and well-being, by setting themselves lifestyle challenges.

SmallSteps4Life is based around the three themes of healthy eating, getting active and feeling good.
