Pineapple

1. Juice
pineapple is delicious to drink as a fruit juice. Make sure there's no added sugar.
2. Shake
a handful of unsweetened chopped pineapple blended with skimmed milk and low-fat yoghurt creates a delicious, naturally sweet smoothie drink from the tropics.
3. Add
grilled pineapple works as a delicious accompaniment to meats such as gammon. Or, add to fruit salad.
4. Freeze
simply dip slices of pineapple into orange or pineapple juice, then roll them in finely chopped coconut. Pop them in the freezer for a yummy treat!
5. Mix
some unsweetened crushd pineapple mixed with a little low-fat yoghurt and muesli is a great breakfast combination.
