Make a Change4Life

Making a Change4Life doesn’t need to be difficult. With a little help, it can be really rewarding and fun! Here are some suggestions for small, easy, steps you can make to help put you and your family happily on your way.

Pepper

1. Chop
peppers are mild in flavour and colourful, so it’s easy to add them to a variety of meals, like omelettes and other things you know they’ll eat.
2. Add
pear juice is a delicious alternative to apple, or try mixing together.
3. Slice
fry with chopped courgettes and onions using a little olive oil, ideally in a non-stick pan, then blot any excess oil before serving with some grilled chicken.
4. Stew
add to any casserole or stew for a richer flavour.
5. Roast
chop a pepper and a normal onion add a little olive oil and roast in a medium oven for 30 minutes. Serve with meat or on top of fresh cooked pasta.
