Broccoli

1. Boil
drop some into boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, drain and serve.

add broccoli to any stir fry, it takes just 2-3 minutes to cook, and goes well with fish or chicken.
5. Bake
there are lots of delicious pasta bakes you can add broccoli to, just boil it for a few minutes first and throw it in..
6. Dip
raw broccoli is a great snack, try it with raw carrots and sugar snap peas, dipped in houmous or a low-fat yogurt dip.
